GodMother, please take this child

The aging and weary King HwanWoong fathered a son and a daughter—one from the bear tribe, the other from the tiger tribe. But with the court now under the control of the bear faction, the tiger’s daughter was as good as dead. In a desperate move, the tigers managed to smuggle her away and entrusted her to the GodMother deep within the mountains. And so, HwanWoong’s two children began their lives—one in the highest place of the world, the other in the lowest.

늙고 노쇠한 왕 환웅은 곰 부족과 호랑이 부족에게서 각각 아들과 딸을 얻었다. 그러나 조정을 장악한 곰 세력에 의해, 호랑이들의 딸은 곧 죽은 목숨이나 다름없었다. 호랑이들은 딸을 가까스로 빼돌려 깊은 산속 대모에게 맡긴다. 그렇게 환웅의 두 자식은, 하나는 세상의 가장 높은 곳에서, 다른 하나는 가장 낮은 곳에서 각자의 삶을 시작하게 된다.
